Do my guests need to install anything?
No. They open a link, just like a web page. It works on phones and computers with an up-to-date browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge).
Not all my guests speak French.
The invitation appears in French, English, German, Italian or Spanish, depending on their phone’s language; everyone can switch too. Your own texts stay exactly as you write them.
How do I get back to my dashboard?
When you create your invitation, you get an organiser link. Keep it safe (send it to yourself by message or email). On your phone, add the dashboard to your home screen: it then opens like an app.
What if I lose my organiser link?
Protect it with Face ID or your fingerprint in the settings: you’ll get it back on your devices, no account needed. Without this protection, it’s the only key to your invitation and we can’t recover it, because we can’t read your invitation.
How does the big screen work?
Open the “big screen” link from your dashboard on a smart TV, a computer connected to a projector, or a tablet. The slideshow updates itself throughout the party.
Can I change the invitation after sending it?
Yes, any time: date, venue, texts, photos. Your guests see the new version when they reopen the link.
Can a guest change their reply?
Yes. They reopen their link, their reply appears, and they change it. You see the update.
Do alerts work on iPhone?
Yes, since iOS 16.4, as long as you add the page to your home screen (Share → Add to Home Screen). The invitation and the dashboard guide you.
How long is my data kept?
You choose: up to 6 months after the event, 12 months with the Wedding plan (3 months by default). You can extend by 12 months for €7. Then everything is deleted automatically. You can also delete everything yourself at any time.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrade to a higher plan whenever you like, even after sending, and only pay the difference.
Does the film use artificial intelligence?
No. It’s made from your real photos, your texts, your guests’ words and your music. No face or voice is ever generated.
